My personal journey through burnout and complex PTSD wasn't just healing, it was a revelation. It showed me my calling: to empower those struggling with long-term psychosomatic symptoms.

My coaching sessions are designed for individuals facing anxiety, stress, past trauma, depression, burnout, chronic pain, fatigue, and other lingering conditions that manifest physically but stem from emotional experiences.

I believe a strong mind-body connection is the cornerstone of overall well-being. This holistic approach guides my work, where we explore all aspects of your life: sleep, nutrition, movement, posture, habits, hobbies, social connections, and nervous system function.

I offer one-on-one coaching with three main goals:

  • Healing and Transformation: Want to learn body-centered techniques to release trapped emotions or manage and heal from past hurts? I'll provide personalized, yet simple and powerful tools – breathing exercises, tapping, and other somatic techniques that activate the vagus nerve. This equips you to manage your symptoms, improve your health, and reclaim control of your life. This is ideal for those who haven't found lasting solutions through traditional methods.

  • Thriving After Chronic Fatigue or Long Covid: Leveraging my experience as a personal trainer and my background in somatics, I offer a science-based approach to help individuals struggling with chronic or adrenal fatigue, burnout, or post-Long Covid. We'll embark on a "Zero to Hero" journey, transitioning you from feeling bedridden or depleted to regaining your energy, returning to movement, and rediscovering the joy of living. After overcoming these challenges myself, I'm confident I can guide you too.

  • Sustainable Fitness and Strength: While I don't currently offer one-on-one personal training, I can still design personalized workout programs you can do independently, with an initial session to set you up for success. My holistic approach goes beyond exercise – we'll delve into your lifestyle, including sleep, nutrition, social life, work, and hobbies. Together, we'll create adjustments that have a significant impact on your entire fitness journey.

No matter your goals, I'll guide you through a comprehensive exploration of your life and habits. We'll collaborate to create a personalized lifestyle that fosters happiness, health, and fulfillment.
