Come to release and relax or add a touch of calm and balance to your boxing training with our Hatha Yoga practice! Join our session every Saturday at 10:30 to unwind, relax, and find your inner peace. We'll focus on connecting our breath with our movements. Each session will end with a soothing Loving Kindness Meditation, leaving you feeling centered and rejuvenated. This gentle yoga practice is perfect for all levels. Let's come together to strengthen both our bodies and minds in a supportive and safe environment. See you on the mat! What is Hatha Yoga? Hatha Yoga is a physical branch of yoga that focuses on the balance of body and mind through physical exercises, breath control, and meditation. Practice it involves performing various asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and sometimes includes practices like mudras (hand gestures) and bandhas (body locks). The main objective is to prepare the body and mind for deeper spiritual practices. It aims to increase physical health, flexibility, strength, and mental clarity, creating a harmonious and balanced state.
