What do we do?

Move to Heal stands for body-oriented practices that help regulate and heal your nervous system through movement. It uses a body-mind approach which reconnects the body and mind by moving emotions that are stuck out of the body and help you restore your balance. 


Is this for you?

The classes are specially designed for those who suffer and want to heal from, such as:

  • Anxiety

  • Stress

  • Trauma

  • Depression

  • Burnout

  • IBS

  • Chronic Pain

  • Adrenal/Chronic Fatigue

  • Other chronic illnesses


How do we do it? 

Through movement, you retrain your brain to reconnect with your body by creating new neural pathways. You will learn tools to get more resilient in stressful situations. Being more aware of your body and mind connection will help you navigate daily life with less stress, pain and overwhelm.​​


What techniques do I use?

In my classes, I use a mix of  techniques that I learned and studied in my healing journey:

  • Various types of Yoga

  • Breathwork

  • Tai chi 

  • Qigong

  • Somatic Movement

  • Clinical Somatics

  • Dance Therapy

  • Boxing 

  • And much more!

Knockout Ladies forms an incredible community of vibrant women from diverse backgrounds, uniting to empower and connect through the love and strength found in the sport of boxing. Together, we celebrate our uniqueness and support each other in a shared journey of empowerment.

This class is designed for people dealing with and healing from anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, chronic fatigue, pain and conditions, Fibromyalgia, IBS, ADHD, psychosomatic illnesses and for everyone who wants to live their life more mindfully, be more grounded and (re)connect with their body and mind.

Service Name

A healthy and stable connection between body and mind is key to physical and mental health. In these sessions, I work holistically, looking thoroughly into all aspects of your life. I offer 1-1 Coaching sessions for 3 purposes: healing, chronic or adrenal fatigue and/or long COVID-19, losing weight, and getting stronger.
