Move to Heal stands for body-oriented practices that help regulate and heal your nervous system through movement.
It uses a body-mind approach which reconnects the body and mind by moving stuck emotions out of the body and restoring balance.
Move to heal is dedicated in making you feel free again.
Through movement you retrain your brain to reconnect with your body by creating new neural pathways.
You will learn tools to get more resilient in stressful situations. Being more aware of your body and mind connection, will help you navigate daily life with more ease and less stress, pain and overwhelm. Giving you more freedom and control over your health and life. The techniques used are backed up by decades of scientific research.
The beauty of the practice is that everyone is able to do it on their own level and pace

Despite of being my own passion, boxing it is one of the most rewarding and complete exercises that you can possibly find for both body and mind. Boxing works almost every part of your body and is a great mental tool support. This is NOT a cardio only lesson. You will learn all the skills and techniques of this incredible sport from beginner to advanced. Learning the technique is very much mental as you have to move both sides of your body in different ways and directions at the same time. It teaches you patience and help you release difficult emotions such as anger, fear, grieve as it builds your confidence and self trust at the same time. On the physical side, you will burn fat, build lean muscle, endurance, improve your cardio-respiratory system, resulting in a better sleep and less stress. You will feel and look stronger and more confident than ever. We will work on your speed reaction, quickness, coordination, cardio, endurance, stress and anger management and strength both your body and mind while having lots of fun!

The most important aspect of my boxing classes is not to help you lose weight or build muscles, but rather that to have FUN and release negative -trapped- emotions. Why? Because you will achive your goals without even noticing when you are laughing and enjoying yourself. I believe that fun is the fuel for long lasting real life change and key to stay motivated and commited. I always bring fun games, challenges and drills into my classes, so you will workout with a smile in your face. The short term result is you going home super energised, happier and less stressed than when you arrived at my lesson. On the long term, fun will help you stick to a workout regimen, change your lifestyle to a healthier one and achieve your fitness goals much easier than if you were doing something that you don’t enjoy.
Breathwork and Movement
Relaxed and grounded
This class - for all genders- is designed to help you CALM DOWN YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM and help you RELAX, RECOVER and RESTORE. To give you more energy - physical, mental and emotional - and to prompt healing from anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, chronic pain and other chronic illnesess. A regular class starts with a breathing and grounding exercise followed by a tutorial on how to breath properly, so we can check your progress every week. Then we move into movement practices such as Yoga, Somatic movement, Tai chi and Qi gong while using breathing throughout the whole practice to keep us grounded and prompt ultimate relaxation and recovery. I like to finalise the class with a calming breathing exercise in a restorative yoga pose or with yoga nidra. You will unload the day and go back relaxed, reenergised and ready for a great night of sleep. The amazing thing about this class is that its benefits can last days and on the long term rewire your brain for less pain, stress and more quality of life and joy. This class is slow paced. Anyone from any age or level can join as you can adjust to yourself.
