My work is rooted in neuroscience, trauma-informed practice, and years of studying body-based nervous system regulation. But my work is not only theoretical.
I know very well what it means to live in a body that feels wired, exhausted and disconnected, with a mind on autopilot and constantly alert for danger.
I’ve done this work myself on my own healing journey.
That experience changed my life and clarified my purpose: to support women stuck in survival mode and help them move toward steadiness, ease, and a more connected and relaxed way of living. To help them to feel like themselves again!
Over the years, I’ve guided hundreds of women through this process — helping them reconnect with their bodies and step out of the constant push-and-crash cycle.
