About Gigi Crestani

My career began in a high-stress corporate environment, where I saw firsthand how pressure impacts performance, decision-making, and overall wellbeing. This insight shaped my path and led me to specialise in somatic stress regulation — the science of how the body manages pressure and supports sustained performance.

Over the years, I’ve developed a practical, evidence-based approach that blends somatic tools, stress physiology, and trauma-informed movement. I work with individuals and teams to build emotional clarity, resilience, and nervous system capacity so they can perform at their best in demanding environments.

My method is grounded, applicable, and designed for real-world workplace challenges — combining scientific understanding with the nuance of someone who has lived and worked under high pressure herself.

What is Somatics?

Somatics is an evidence-based approach that studies how stress is stored and released through the nervous system and the body. Instead of working only with the mind, somatic methods retrain the body’s physiological stress responses, improving clarity, emotional regulation, and the ability to perform under pressure.

It teaches employees practical, body-based tools that help them shift out of stress quickly, stay grounded under pressure, and think clearly in challenging situations.
