About the Course
learn how to breath while squating, how to feel your abs and muscles involved in the squat process, how to find your balance, how to correct your posture and avoid injuries while squatting and how to squat from absolute beginner until full body squat and squat with weights. You will learn all the Squat progressions, so you can train at home, and I will see it when/if you come to my classes too.
I am a certified Personal Trainer and Somatic coach. I coach clients 1-1, make workout programs and also teach boxing for Ladies only class and Breathwork and Movement.
