A 4-week guided reset to break the push–crash cycle
and build a sustainable long lasting routine.

 

Specially designed for the high functioning woman who lives on the push, crash and blame cycle, who is ready to change but doesn't know how to do it alone.

You will learn how to reconnect body and mind and work with your nervous system,  so you can feel steady, energised, grounded and like yourself again.

You just never learned how to read and understand it.

Until it’s not.

When you realise is too late and you crash.


And then you feel angry at yourself, frustrate and completely depleted.

You will learn body and mind connection. How to be more present, calm and energised.

Awareness

Phase 1: Reconnection.

  • You learn how your nervous system actually works and why is not "all in your head"

  • You learn to read your your body’s signals so you can interrupt the push–collapse cycle

  • You learn how stress end up showing as tension, pain, inflammation, anxiety and depression

  • You begin recognising when you are in overdrive (rushing, overworking, overthinking) —
    and when you are shutting down (procrastinating, avoiding, doomscrolling or exhausted).

  • You start rebuilding trust with your body so you can feel safe and relaxed in it again.

  • You learn the correct order from survival mode (chronic stress) to regulation (relaxed, grounded and energised)
