Somatic Healing for
Nervous System Regulation
A body-centered approach for women who tried talking therapy but still don’t feel safe in their bodies.

For women with trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout and chronic issues. To help you feel calm, grounded, and connected to yourself again.

Somatic healing works with the body —because stress, trauma, and overwhelm are stored and expressed physically.

Rather than analysing or talking through experiences, we gently teach the nervous system how to feel safe again through breath, movement, body awareness, and regulation practices.

As safety increases, the body naturally releases tension,
emotional reactivity decreases,
and a calmer baseline becomes possible.

Your body learns a new baseline — regulated, grounded, steady —
when your nervous system learns to feel safe again.
That sense of safety is the root beneath many emotional symptoms
that show up physically.
This work is for women who experience:
-
trauma or chronic stress
-
anxiety or emotional overwhelm
-
burnout or exhaustion
-
depression or nervous system dysregulation
-
chronic tension or stress-related pain
Especially if you’ve tried talking therapy, but still don’t feel safe, calm, relaxed or settled in your body.

You want to feel:
-
grounded
-
steady
-
calm
-
connected
-
content
-
at home in yourself again
If this resonates, you’re in the right place.
My method is grounded in neuroscience and trauma-informed somatic practice, and shaped by lived experience.
It’s the approach that helped me regulate my own nervous system when talking therapy wasn’t enough and one I’ve since used to guide hundreds of women on their healing.

The process is simple and structured:
Regulation to restore a sense of safety
Release to allow stored chronic tension to unwind
Reconnection to rebuild trust and safety with-in the body
Routine to make regulation sustainable in daily life
It’s about teaching the nervous system a safer baseline — consistently, gently, and realistically.

Grounded in science. Shaped by lived experience.
I never planned to work as a somatic healing coach.

I also didn’t come to this work through theory alone.
I found it through my own experience with complex trauma and burnout.

My healing began through somatic, body-based work — learning how to regulate my nervous system from the inside out, and finally listening to and honouring a body that had long been neglected.

That experience changed my life and clarified my purpose:
to support other women with similar experiences in moving from survival toward steadiness, ease, and a more connected and grounded way of living.

To have energy, feel excited and find joy again in their lives.
